@angelbynight Error F21 is a Long Drain error. If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes this error code will be displayed. In addition, a “SUDS” error may also be displayed. This may be an indication of a drain pump problem and/or clog in the drain line. Unplug your machine for 1/2 hour to see if the CCU will reset. If that is without result check the drain hose for kinks or if it is clogged. After that check the electrical connections to the pump and ensure the pump is running. Finally remove the drain pump filter and check for foreign objects and/or debris like missing socks etc. remove the drain plug from the filter at the water pump.

1. Take off the lower front panel.Remove the bottom front access panel just remove the 3 Torx screws on front bottom of machine. Slightly lift the panel and pull the bottom towards you

2. Turn the pump filter cover counter-clockwise by hand and remove. Place a bucket or pan underneath it since you will get a lot of stinky, dirty water spilling out of there. Removing the filter should remove all water from your washer.
