Hi, i'm a old customer i used get parts from u for some old powerbooks in the past
but here is my problem with a 32gb touch 3 generation, it won't charge more than 10% and i won't be recognize by any pc, i have tried reset already but is not help, some times i'm able to enter manu and play music
etc but after few seconds of use it turns off and show the battery low. Is there anything i can buy from u to fix it i'm not sure what is wrong. Thanks

alx0714, I would start off with a new battery. Of course make sure that your dock connector is clean, that the contacts are not corroded and that all the pins are straight.
