The on/off button does not work.
I press on/off and nothing happens. It is not set to lock. What do I do?

@oldgypsy okay. That iPod does not have an on/off switch. You will have to tell us exactly what you have tried and when this iPod worked last. I would start off by suggesting that you charge it to see if it still charges. Use and AC adapter not your computers USB port. Once charged plug it into your computer and see if it gets recognized. Give us more details so we can at least try to help you.
