My screen touch does not work

@sathiyamoorthi Assuming you've tried restarting your phone and it didn't help, chances are the digitizer, AKA touch screen, has failed. Since virtually all modern phones have the digitizer bonded to the screen, you'll almost certainly need to replace the screen to fix the problem. Your phone is similar to many Android phones in that there are two ways to replace the screen. The first is the recommended way, which is to purchase the screen already mounted on the midframe; then replacement becomes a case of removing all of the internal components from your phone and transferring them to the new screen+frame assembly. If you're not experienced with phone repairs, this is the best way to go.

The other way to do it is to only remove enough parts to be able to access the display connector, then you separate the original screen from the midframe, clean all the old glue off and glue a new display in place. This requires a completely different set of instructions, which you can find on the iFixit guide that one of our users has provided.

The screen alone is only slightly cheaper than the screen+frame assembly, but you may offset that savings by the need to buy a tube of glue, but of course it's your choice as to which way to go.
