I sent my phone in for repair, it had a white screen and was locked up it was a ZTE N817 which i got from qlink this is the no ZTE RMA 201712263141406 Now im trying to fine out how long will i be with out a phone. @cowboyken10449 not sure where you send your phone to but rest assured, you did not send it to iFixit. iFixit does not do repair. You must have send it somewhere else. Double check on that and then contact them for more information about your phone.
