@jmbucknertx check the fuses on your T-con board. make sure they have continuity. If not replace the fuses. Post some pictures of your T-con board with your question so we can see what you see. Use this guide 在已经存在的问题里加入图片 for that.
It is possible that this is your -con board but there is also the possibility that this is caused by bad LED arrays.

Fordyce B. Townes II what model is your TV and what have you checked? you've made sure to try all your inputs with different sources like DVD, Component, Coax, HDMI etc.?
Having same trouble. I first suspect the main board has taken a hit from frequent lightning in our area. This happens often coming in through our cable TV box.
I am hoping there was a resolution to the posters problem. Knowing it could help me. In the mean while I will be checking as much as I can (transistors, caps, fuses, resistors) using my digital Multi meter.
frequent lightning in our area ? be sure all services (cable, satellite, phone, electrical, etc.) use the same ground rod at your place - that will help keep it to a minimum
