Remove your memory and see (actually hear) if you get a post error code usually a couple of beeps depending no your BIOS. If you get the beeping, your CPU is okay I would reset my CMOS and reseat just one memory module and see if it boots up. You may have incompatible memory, or a module that is faulty as well as a module that is not inserted properly. What mother board do you have? I believe that for that particular PC each memory slot can hold DDR PC2700, DDR PC3200 with a maximum of 1GB per slot, and remember that your system does not support ECC.
