How do I fix a broken spindle?

Have you fixed it ? Did you get an answer ?

If I am right, the internal spindle is not snapped but the plastics that attach the motor to the body have snapped (will attach a pic to mark the spot). Mine did the same, I managed to drill three holes from top and fixed them back with sets of 1 inch screw,nut and washer.
