won't go into wash cycle
Ok so my kenmore washer will sense the clothes and fill up with water but as soon as it fills up with water instead of going into the wash cycle it just drains the water and stops

kevo 812 depending on your washers exact model, it is possible that this is caused by your drain pump (or a bad wig-wag solenoid,depending on your machine). The drain pump may have a lever that swaps from drain out to recirculation. If that does not work, then the pump will drain immediately instead of recirculating the water. Take a look at the drain pump and post plenty of images with your question. That will allow us to see what you see. Use this guide for that.
