Camry Ignition Switch Removal

So I have a 1994 Toyota Camry 4 Cylinder. It is currently having some issues and im trying to replace the ignition switch not the lock cylinder and i got the first part detached but the other part that connects higher i have no idea how to get to it as i dont want to mess anything up.
