Water bottles exploded in laptop bag. What should I do
How should I dry or take apart
The Dell Latitude E6400 was Dell's mainstream corporate 14.1" notebook introduced in August 2008.
@jmcarre , Joanna, Do not try to power on the laptop and remove battery ASAP. The device should be disassembled ASAP, as seen in the 1st Video link or using the service manual at 2nd or 3rd link. As far as cleaning up the laptop after liquid damage/corrosion use the general guide, Techniques for generalized water damage troubleshooting and recovery 4th link. The sooner you get at it, the better chance of saving the device. Good luck.
