Touch not v smooth

Hi,

Is the broken lock on the cable for the digitizer (touchscreen)?

If so try holding down the cable in the connector, initially with some tape to ensure that it is not loose and is making a good connection i.e. when cable is firmly inserted to connector, tape across the top of the cable connector and cable to the case or board or wherever so as to hold it in securely. Try not to cover components etc if attaching to the board.

If this solves the touch problem, use small dobs of silicon sealant (neutral cure) to permanently hold the cable in position.
