I'd dropped my Tab E 9.6 In my bag,it hit the ground hard and cracked the Under layer of the screen and my tab completely doesn't work it doesn't turn of all I see is a millions of colourful lines.. can you fix it for me?

@bluff iFixit does not do repairs. Here you can get advice on how to fix it yourself. You do want to use something like this video to replace the LCD, which is most likely what causes you to " see is a millions of colourful lines" .
