could not restart, always showing error. want to know what to do to so that my lumia 625 can function well, it couldn't restart or charge

@mazu , John, I take it you are inquiring about the Nokia Lumia 625. It very well could be a faulty battery or connection. Below, the 1st link is a guide for changing the battery which can be used to enable the reseating of the connection first to see if that helps. the 2nd link is a replacement battery which you can also do a search on for better pricing perhaps.
