cp crash upload mode..
My mobile OS crashes displaying the message CP crash upload mode especially while using call option in any of the chatting application. Why does this kind of error happen and how to get rid of it?

I have the same problem to this guy on YouTube shows how to solve the issue but it is in Indian: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-TaKIB73... and I can’t understand him. I think to solve the issue he loads new firmware or something like that.
