My drone will not sync

The headlights are the ones that stop flashing. Once you sync you than have to push both sticks down and in to start the propelers. I made this mistake. If you continue reading the instructions, they tell you how to start and stop the blades, by pushing down and in or down and out on both sticks.

We were frustrated that ours wouldn’t sync. We tried everything in the instructions. Also, we kept waiting for two beeps that it said is supposed to happen when the RC and the flyer are synced. Well, ignore that. It’s only going to make one beep. Once synced, press the bottom left button to start the propellers. Finally!!! It works.

Are the lights on the body flashing? Or the lights on the wings still flashing? If the lights on the body aren't flashing then it's synced. To turn on the propellers move both sticks down and in at the same time.

A little late, but if anyone else has this issue, open up the controller and check for loose /disconnected wires. My x12 started having this issue last night and took a lot of messing with the controller to get it to sync. I realized it was a controller based issue because as soon as I turned the controller on, it would act as though it instantly synced (no flashing lights). This morning I couldn't get it to sync at all. After opening the controller, I found a loose wire. I initially thought this wouldn't fix the issue considering it was part of the elevation /spin control. Resoldered the wire and voila! Problem solved! Far from the best drone but for the price, I have no complaints and I'm actually impressed with its performance in comparison with other drones in this price range.

Follow the instructions to sync. I have had my Propel HD Drone for three months nd it's still going strong! I did clip house that broke one of the support arms. I ended up purchasing two plastic bodies from Propel for whopping $3.50 each! Believe me when I say it was real P.I.T.A. to swap the motors/board/camera! For starters their are 32 micro screws! 7 on each arm and 4 on the body! My biggest problem was the routeing of the wires to the plug that plugs into the camera! The wire is "threaded" thru couple holes in the lower half of the shell. Had to de-solder/re-solder 4 very small wires! I had the experience and the proper sized soldering gun.

I realize the prices are high when first manufactured . Just go to the company web site to get current price/availability on parts. Whats really odd is that allot of the HD drone parts "out of stock"

I'm using the HD drone as a trainer. Once I get good flying this drone I'll upgrade to DJI Phantom Pro

Yes the HD Video Drone is "cheap drone" but I'd rather train on "cheap drone" rather than an "expensive drone" !

@waseeq I had the same thing happen to mine. It's caused by one of the cells of the battery being drained, the charger/balancer doesn't "recognize" it. What I did was take a AA 1.5V battery that had a two wire connector hooked to it and stuck the two wires in each hole on the end. I then hooked a volt meter to two wires and stuck the ends of those into the prongs of the battery which plug right into the drone (it read like 7mV). Where the charger plugs in with a three wire connector, I put two wires sticking out of the positive and the neutral. You can tell which is which if you take the battery out of its case and look in the inside at the connector. I took the two wires from the 2.5V battery and held them against the two wires coming out of drone 7.4V battery, held it there for about 30 seconds or so, watched the volt meter slowly rise and then just plugged it into the battery charger/balancer. It forced the battery to give a "recognizable" voltage to the charger. All good now.... ;)

Is Propel even in business anymore? There Customer Service phone (866 458-5151) does not work and their website does not have any replacement parts for sale ... says "Out of Stock on almost everything??

This is the fix for no Sync After drop on the floor. Printed circuit board Come from Factory with non soldered wires!!!

Step 1 remove all visible screws.

Step 2 open the drone

Step 3 remake solder located on the picture.

When I calibrate the lad vivitar 360 drone the red light on the remote control that's blinking wont stop And will not Start the drone up how do I get to read light stop Lincoln in start to drone

Can I use another propel controller that went to a different propel drone for the Spyder XL ? What do I have to do to make it work ?
