My netbook has not been turning on or when it does turn on the battery life is absurdly low or barely charges. Can someone help me with this problem...what can I do to fix it?

Since the model is rather old I think the lifespan of battery is over. You will have to buy a new battery so you can still use the netbook.
Just remove the battery from the netbook and look at the model number to see which one to buy.
