Why does my screen keep freezing?
When I am busy surfing the web my screen freezes out of the blue and I don't know what to do!

There are a few possible causes for the screen freezing. Try first resetting the laptop, and see if this solves any issues of freezing. If that does not work, your laptop may not have enough RAM or hard drive space, as this affects how fast the computer can run. If the hard drive is over about 90~95% full, it very likely may be affecting computer performance.
