I would think so, but I've not had experience with doing so on the model you mention. However, I've used my ultrasonic cleaner to clean just about anything and everything possible and so far no problems.
Make sure, that you take the time to remove any metal shields on the board. This is important and some half-assed techs will just take a phone apart and dump the whole board in solution. Some may fix, but if you don't remove the shields you're reducing the percentage that will be fixed immensely.
1. Remove all metal shields with a hot air rework station (if possible, if you don't have one, use a normal heat gun or at least a soldering iron but be careful--there are guides on YouTube and probably right here).
2. Treat the board with the solution
3. For best results also use an anti-static brush to remove any additional gunk not done by the alcohol.
Voila! You should be in business....
