Why can't I get my phone to swipe on or off?
My I phone 3gs will not swipe on or off. The on/off button works but the phone will not swipe. I tried holding the home and on/off button down together and it reboots but no matter what the phone will not turn on to the menu. The slide to power of and cancel button do not work either. I also connected to iTunes and update the software. Still not working. Anyone know what to do?
