i had the same issue i tried everything like reset or update the driver and many more than but nothing just seems to be working with issue . i thought it was the windows and reset the whole computer back to the new settings but still got no success and still having the same issue . now i think i should throw this computer i have no idea what should i do

Hi, What is the model number of your laptop? What OS is installed? Has the WiFi ever worked in your laptop? Have you checked in BIOS to see if there is a WLAN enable/disable option?

OS is windows 10 and i am not sure about computer model

On Acer laptops and PCs the model number is written above the serial number on a white label on the the bottom of the laptop or case. if there is none there it is also located in the BIOS area. Press F2 when you first start your laptop/PC to enter BIOS.
