Will not spin out clothes
I have already put a new drain pump on. It has an err code of 5d or Sd. It used to come on when the drain and spin cycle was. Now it comes on at the end of the wash cycle.

adamjoann60 you did not tell us if the machine drained properly after you replaced the pump and why you duid repalce the pump. From the manual "
Sd Error Suds Detected (Stored Error Code F71)
Did you use regular detergent?
Regular or hand-washing detergents are not recommended for this washer. Use only High Efficiency ("HE") detergent.
Did you add too much detergent?
Always measure detergent. Follow detergent manufacturer's directions. If excessive suds are detected, the washer will display this code while running a suds reduction correction routine at the end of the wash cycle. The suds reduction routine removes extra suds and assures proper rinsing of your garments. If the code remains and the wash cycle dial is flashing after the recovery routine has stopped, re-select your desired cycle using cold water. Press START. Do not add detergent."

I'm having same issues with my Maytag bravos 300 getting 'sd or 5d" . I follow the laundry box amount. It's INCORRECT! cause almost all H.E. (high efficiency)
liquid/powder have usage amounts. This year (2019) alone, I got many pics of H.E. detergent with inaccurate usage amts causing damage to washers. how much is 1 full cap? it equaled 1/2 cup. [Recommended use is (1)
Full cap -small to medium load; USE MORE up to 2 full caps for large loads, heavily soiled loads. I purely was trying to understand what/why my washer kept mucking up. Here's what clicked for me, it didn't matter the size, how dirty, or WHAT the load is...it was the amount of detergent that I was using, each load 1/2 cup up to 1 cup. AND I followed instructions printed on the detergent, yet I'm stuck with the repair bill.
If anyone has any other ideas on how to correct this issue (of course other than the obvious one I learned the hard was. Only use a tablespoon. ) can a deep scrub cleanse possibly clear out the SUDS build up?
