Won't agitate or drain
Washer was making a loud clacking noise. When
I opened the lid I noticed it was not agitating. I tried to drain and can't get it to drain either.

@kara1 the loud clacking noise could come from a bad belt, bad motor coupler or bad clutch. If you can give us the complete model number we can hopefully provide you with some guides to work on this. Without the noise I would have suggested you start with the lid switch, but that would not give you a noise. If you can give us the complete model number we can hopefully provide you with some guides to work on this. There are some general guides for the 110 series on here.
