Only digitizer part of screen replacement

Is it possible to change only digitizer? LCD panel is OK, only touch part is broken ... In DELL service manual is repair description only for both parts together...

in case you dont need the touch function here it is a cheap replacement:

If you don't need the touch function you can turn off touch in the bios config.
