ipad screen is gray with lines

i change on my ipad 3g new gen , front glass screen, after i replacemet i on my ipad it was showing apple logo and was on. than i make off and than fixed the lcd with screw.

after all before i wanted to do fixing all i check again to be sure than my screen is grey with lines.

i read and looks many videos it is not working would be so nice to get your help, my ipad is still open, just i am getting now helpless.
