When i plug a known working magsafe in nothing will happen no lights or charging and when i press power button it will turn on for a couple of seconds then shut down... I can only turn on the mac using the hold down power button and connect magsafe method and it turns on with fans at full speed and then it works... The battery has the X over it and no charging etc... Ive tried smc reset but still the same.. I need some help to find or fix the problem

Something in your logic board is dead, probably a charging circuit component, that's why it turns on bypassing the smc but not otherwise. Unless you have the necessary technical skills to troubleshoot a logic board at component level you'll need a skillful technician.

After using the SMC bypass method to boot, check that the left Shift Control and Option keys actually work (the SMC may not be reset if one of them is defective)
