Replacing the motherboard because wifi no longer works.

Recently my Lenovo ideatab s6000 stopped detecting wifi. Troubleshooting it the only thing i could come up with was something on the motherboard no longer works. I have looked at the back and reconnected all the wires. When looking at the ifixit manual on it it appears i am going to have solder to remove everything completely. I have a new motherboard coming in. My question is when I put the motherboard back in am i going to have to solder things back to their place? ie. speakers. Is there any way i can just reassembly the new motherboard without solder. Even if that means I lose sound or cameras. My only concern is getting my tablet back online I dont need the sound or anything. Thank you very much.

@bbmb2008 you should resolder all the connections. Some of your tablets firmware may be looking for it when the bootloader starts up. You may run into multiple faults. If you go through all the trouble of replacing the board, make it a complete repair. Don't take shortcuts, those will come back and bite you in the rear at a later time
