Someone got this same problem?

On my second flight with my parrot i got interference on the wifi connection and it dropped direct to the ground. When I got it on my hands... it look like drunk. even on flat ground the camera image was still moving. After that I tried reconnect to my phone (android) and it did some times.

The problem is WHEN I can connect to the phone, I`m not able to connect to the app (free flight 3). It gives a message "impossible to connect". Externally there is nothing broke. When I push the button on everything seems ok (green light, the noise on each engine) but it doesn`t work with the app.

I already try to reinstall the app, update it, disconnect the camera, everything. Can some one help with that?

Do u try use the other tablet or mobile contact the bebop? And u can try this , when the power and ready mode, the hold the power buttom about 10 sec. It will restore the bebop , but it will lost all data, movie and pictures, the green and red light will between to flash the few time and will reboot the drone, this time u can try contact the drone , it will be work, good luck

This happened to me just today!

GUTTED!

And now my phone can not detect the Bebop wifi signal and the motors are bent...

Does this mean that the GPS unit inside is broke?

I'm looking to buy the replacement parts I need but not sure what I should buy.

Just to clarify. My phone does not see the BePop. There is no Bepop wifi available to connect to.

Drone newbie here. Hope u can help!

Reset your phone wifi settings then it will connect hope this helps

I have the same problem over and over again, even after reseting the drone. I have tried using a repeater to help the signal and still no help. I dont know what to do. I rebuilt my drone from the bottom up due to a loss of signal and the drone dropping to pavement from 30m. new motors new frame new everything and still same problem, with and without repeater. I also get "failed to communicate with motor" error messages as well

Try going flying in an area without as many wifi networks around. I had the same problem with my Bepop 2 but when I went to a local nature reserve without as much wifi networks it was able to fly much further without disconnecting. I hope this helped

Check that the drones camera is plugged into the mainboard. If thats not it, manually update the firmware. Even if it you're overwriting same firmware version.

Update (03/29/2017)

forget the WiFi ssid from your phone settings and open the apk first and connect via the app only

Don't use your system wifi settings.
