what should to regain access to the usage of my Munchkinz after forgetting my password?

@zane, you may have to try a hard reset. When the tablet is off, press and hold the power and volume up buttons at the same time. Hold for at least 10 seconds. After that you will enter into boot menu. There you will find an option named Reset Factory default settings/reset user data. select that option. After that wait for the resetting. That should clear your password.
