Hello, to whom it may concern. My Samsung Note 10.1 (2014) LCD only shows red and green colour. The LCD didn't crack. The LCD somehow has a bit of darker sport but still visbile. The problem is just the colour. Can anybody help me. This is the 2nd time it happend, the 1st it was still under waranty so the factory solved the problem. Now..I am on my own. Can anybody help. Thank you in advance.

Aida Rahayu, from what you describe it does sound like a bad LCD. It does not have to be visibly cracked to be broken. Of course, you always want to check to make sure that the ribbon cables are properly seated etc. but ultimately it sounds like a broken LCD to me. Post an image of what you screen looks like with your question. For that, use this guide.

I crack this device twice like this, lost blue on screen, but both time recover fortunately. It seems that some ribbon cable do loosen after cracked. First time I accidentally crack it again, and it come back to normal. Second time I shutdown it and bend it on the back slightly, and it does come back normal. This is not a good way to fix, but you can try it if you have nothing to lose.
