How to fix a wobbly screen?

Hi,

I was wondering how to fix a wobbly screen on a Macbook 2009 Summer White?? Do the screws on the outer back/side do anything to tighten the screen or do I have to open the body up? Wondering what the purpose is for the screws that are visible on the outside of my Macbook

Here is the guide for your particular MacBook's Display: MacBook Mid 2009 Display Repair. Steps 33 and 34 shows you the screws you will need to tighten.
