If all else fails you can try a hard reset which will wipe all your data and start you from new. This is done by pressing the start button and the up volume button at the same time . Hold them both down till the machine starts . you will see probably the android and then a selection menu . Use your volume to scroll up and down the menu . Select factory reset and then yes wipe data and it will reformat the tablet and it will start from new. Hope this helps.

how do you remove the battery?
This one requires soldering to remove but if your hand with an iron this will help
It doesn't turn on should we charger it or what??
Or how long to take to turn on

Try removing the battery. With the battery out hold the power button down for 60 seconds. But the battery back in and try turning it back on. If the light comes on the LCD screen could be ruined. Might have to change that. But doing the first step i said fixes quite a few issues.

Wow Tyler Black thanks so much this helped it totally worked i tried taking battery out but would come out but just took the back of the tablet off and did what you said and it came right on thanks
my tablet is fully charged but not starting

Check the place where you plug in the charger. Sometimes the prong inside gets a tiny bent. Wiggle it a bit with some tweezers and you should be good to go. I used to refurbish tablets and it happens with all brands. This may also work on your phone if you ever have the same problem.

It is very annoying to reset your device and lose everything so try this first! Also to clean it a lightly damp q tip of alcohol will do the trick
How can you reset it if the screen does not open. It is pretty hard to reset when the screen is black.

My tablet will not charge while in the charger. It will decrease the charge instead of the other way around so I'm not sure what I should do about it and it's like 6% I think right now not sure if I need a new battery or if there's a way to fix it I just wanted to let you know I asked you what I should do let me know?
