Gray Screen iMac problem
Hi. I have an iMac 27 late 2009 and my screen is white gray with the apple logo.
I tried the step by step from apple support but nothing happened.
do you guys has any idea?

Edson, sounds like a hard drive issue. Disconnect the drive and try to start up form the optical drive with your original system disk.
