Recovering data from Lotus with a Broken Screen

I have an old LG Lotus that has information on it including text messages I would like to have. The screen is broken but the phone still boots up. Is there a way to recover or view the information using my PC?

Tom Watson, could be a bit tough since the phone has been discontinued for a while. since it still works, with the exception of the display, I'd try software like the open source Bitpim and then there are of course all kinds of paid programs like Datapilot. You will have to give it a try and see what will work for you.
