Why will my cell phone not charge?
The cell phone will not charge. I have tried several power outlets to rule out the chance of a malfunctioning outlet. How can I fix this problem?

Andrew Corriveau, the very first thing you want to do is to change your battery. They are still readily available and inexpensive. You also want to make sure that your charger works on the output side. Hope this helps, good luck.

I actually wouldn't change the battery until you say what kind of phone you are using. Do you mind updating up on the type of phone you are using. If it is a iPhone 5 series or greater, are you using mfi certified cables?
