lcd display sometimes black and sometimes ok
I have laptop which from time to time, when i turn on have a black screen. It look like a LCD backlight dosn't work properly. Any sugestions what is wrong.

chmielu chmielewski, this could be caused by a bad LCD panel, which houses the backlight itself, or a bad inverter. I would start with the inverter. It is less expensive and a bit easier to work on. Cost for the inverter is around $15US. Hope this helps, good luck.
