PSU Test Fail Confirmation

I have an a1224 emc 2210 that won't fire when you hit the switch. I have #1 led lit up but nothing happens when you press the button. I checked continuity on the power button- definitely working. I then went to the power supply and got the following readings from each pin-

1-0v

2-0v

3-0v

4-0v

5-1.16v

6-0v

7-0v

8-0v

9-3.41v

10-0v

I'll assume it was in the standby mode..but either way these numbers seem off compared to what I should be seeing..

Any confirmation here would be great- I'm new so take it easy, just want to see if it looks like psu is bad..
