Can anyone help identify these 2 components,(see red circle) the macbook suffered liquid damage and after cleaning i noticed these 2 look burnt, i think they are resistors. Macbook powers up, fans run, but no screen display, or beep on startup

syoung6500, I think I located the components. Please check the attached image to make sure those are the ones in question. If they are, then those are two capacitors, C7525 and C7526 respectively. Both are 10UF 10% 16V 0805 X5R-CERM and are available at places like this Hope this helps, good luck.

Thanks very much for the quick reply, ive ordered from the link you gave. Im not sure if this will fix it but i thought ive got nothing to lose by trying.
How do you find out which component is which? if you dont mind telling :)
:-) Having the right right tools and the right schematics helps a lot:-) It used to be easier when there were no SMD components and all the resistors and caps were color coded. Now you pretty much will need schematic to repair on a board level. Best of luck to you and your repair. Hope you get it fixed. Keep us informed.
