My phone will not charge...
wont charge on usb or sync to ncomputer...when plugged to computer it pings n nothing else

debbie bennett, try a different cable, a different USB port, and an AC adapter and see if that makes a difference. Check your dock connector for any bend, broken or corroded pins, clean it with some isopropyl alcohol and a few puffs of compressed air. If none of that makes a difference, replace the battery before anything else. Hope this helps, good luck.
