So here's my issue. Whenever I try to charge the device, the indicator light turns on for a couple seconds, then turns back off. I've noticed that sometimes if I bend the charging cable a certain way, it might start charging. But, it will not keep charging if I let go of it. Any ideas?

Jesse M, sounds to me like you already figured it out:-) "if I bend the charging cable a certain way, it might start charging. " I would start with a new charger and a new battery. If that does not work, I would then replace the charging jack. Hope this helps, good luck
