I've to change and upper LCD for a Nintendo 3DS and I think to use the iOpener to heat the upper display front panel instead a hair dryer or heat gun.
Is it a good idea or is there a serious risk (for the cam and HP below the panel) ? Thanks

RogerVador, interesting approach :-) Yes, you should be fine. It does not really matter where the heat source comes from. The iOpener should work for this as well. Hope this helps, good luck.
