My MacBook won't start up or boot up

Okay,

About two months ago I spilled a glass of red wine on my laptop. I unplugged it immediately, took the back off and wiped it up as best as I could. I could not remove the battery because I did not have the torq screwdriver needed. I set it on it's side, open like a clamshell.

Then after much research, found your website, ordered the screwdriver and finally removed the battery (maybe a week later)...Then I had also read to use Isopropyl alcohol to clean it off (which i then did). It had power and ran for about 30 minutes at a time, then shut off. I noticed the keys were still sticky. After reading your websites teardowns, I took the mac apart down to nothing. I cleaned off the keys well with the same alcohol. (By this I mean, I removed the black plastic film that covered the keys, etc...) Then replaced everything. I was able to power it up, but then, one by one, trackpad quit, optical drive quit, HDD started clicking (up to 6X at a time, then would shut the system off completely). I replaced the HDD, and tried booting from external HD, bought new RAM, tried connectivity to my son's MacBook via firewire...nothing. The fan and the HDD was heard spinning yesterday, now today nothing. I have tried resetting the PMU, PRAM,etc. I've tried it various ways with the power adapter, (plugged in, not plugged in, etc...)Battery indicator lights flash 5x. No battery power. Before I purchase anything else, can you possibly diagnose what's wrong...?

Oh yeah, I bought it last year 2009, from BestBuy, did not purchase extra coverage. Asked apple rep's and BB reps and they said no coverage for spills...
