How do I know if my SP is getting charged?

Rosie Pacheco, sound like you are either not getting a charger, or your battery is no longer accepting a charge. Check your charger with a multimeter to see that it does supply power. Take the back cover off to expose the charging port. With the charger plugged in, you should get around 6V at the port. Then check the voltage on the battery ports and see what you get. If so, it may be time to change the battery and then re-evaluate. Check this video on how to change the battery. Hope this helps, good luck.
