Here's how to get into the ***W***indows ***R***ecovery ***E***nvironment menu. Hopefully from there you may be able to fix it.
Start the laptop and when it boots into Windows, press and hold the Power button for >4 seconds to force stop it.
Do this 3 times in a row i.e. Start → boot → force stop → Start → boot → force stop → start etc.
On the 3rd attempt it should boot into the WRE menus.
If it does, select ''Troubleshooting → Advanced → Start up repair'' and follow the prompts.
''Do not'' select Reset this PC because if you select the wrong option after this you may erase all your data as Windows will be reinstalled.
If you can't get into the WRE menus this way perhaps the recovery partition has become corrupted.
You can create a USB recovery drive from any known working Win10/11 PC. All you need is an 8GB USB flashdrive and 40-60 minutes of time. In the host PC go to ''Control panel → Recovery → Create a recovery disc'' and follow the prompts.
When you have the recovery drive, turn on your laptop and get into BIOS (press F2) and change the boot order to USB 1st boot option. Save the changes, insert the USB drive into the laptop and then restart the laptop and it should boot from the USB drive into the WRE menus.
If it does follow the directions above regarding Startup repair.
