@raoulvanbalen It's not that common for aftermarket parts manufacturers to duplicate a printed circuit board design unless there is a big demand for that as a replacement part, and it doesn't look like the port bay circuit board has met that criteria.
At this point your best bet to buy a port is to keep an eye on eBay for someone who is parting out a speaker. One seller seems to do that a lot, but unfortunately they are out of the particular card you want for your speaker.

On the other hand, if it's just the micro USB connector itself that's damaged and the circuit board itself is still intact, you could, with a little bit of soldering skill, replace just the port. There are lots of places that sell just the connector like Amazon, eBay and AliExpress. Here's one example from Amazon.

If the soldering is out of your comfort zone, you may be able to find a local repair shop that can do the work; for them it should be a simple task and hopefully shouldn't cost too much.
