Check the cable, charger and outlet. You can email manscape and they will give u free a new cable and charger. To check the outlet simply plug your phone in and look if it's charging. Once those are out of the way there's 2 possibilities, either the battery is dead or the charging pins are dirty. If the battery is dead, the trimmer will have a much shorter battery life after the previous charge.
Now that all of those are out of the way it's time to clean the pins. Disassemble the trimmer per this video https://youtu.be/wYvKmZJ7Vng. Take out the pins and soak in vinegar for 30 seconds. Do the same for the pin receptors ensuring only the receptor, not the board, is in vinegar. Dry them and use a thin pointy object to scrape off any debris that is on the pins or receptor. Finally reassemble.
