Try gameing if you have on different GPU or only on CPU if it has onboard gpu. see if it crashes . if not its a PSU problem. Also it can be from win10 so I suggest trying different OS (like 7 or 8 maybe). Can also be from drivers. Bios setting has CPU-shootdown temp somewhere so it may also be a board design fault , not enough current on MB(somewhere). it may also be a GPU problem, was it new? (try older drivers crimson or anything the oldest you can find working with the GPU).
