Hisense Ghosting images and horizontal lines

Good day, I need advice in regards to my Hisense smart tv part code: 49K300UW.  It has recently developed red image ghosting, 2 horizontal lines, (1 in the centre and 1 closer to the bottom), about 10 minutes after powering up. Please advise, Thank you in advance!
