| Have you tried reinstalling the ethernet device drivers from Dell? | |

| + | I believe this model has a daughterboard for the ethernet and USB ports on the left hand side of the laptop. Make sure that it is plugged in with it’s daughterboard flex cable on both ends. One side may not be connected which will cause this problem if this is the case. |
