My computer suddenly turned off and won't turn back on..

I recently bought the HP Flyer Red laptop and it has been working great for about a month until I cut the camera on and it suddenly turned off 2 days ago and won't turn back on. I tried charging it and taking the battery pack off. It came on for a split second and turned back off. I tried it again today while charging it and it came on but went to a dark gray screen with just the mouse pointer showing. What could be the problem?
